{"id":3639,"date":"2018-03-14T15:19:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-14T13:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/syneggiitiko.gr\/members\/"},"modified":"2018-03-19T17:29:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-19T15:29:08","slug":"members","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.syneggiitiko.gr\/en\/members\/","title":{"rendered":"MEMBERS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_section][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;55px&#8221;][la_heading tag=&#8221;h1&#8243; spacer=&#8221;line&#8221; spacer_position=&#8221;bottom&#8221; line_height=&#8221;1&#8243; title=&#8221;MEMBERS&#8221; line_width=&#8221;lg:50px;&#8221; title_class=&#8221;light text-uppercase&#8221; line_class=&#8221;margin-bottom-30 margin-top-30&#8243;][\/la_heading][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Investment Guarantee Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sixty-six (66) Members are participants in the Guarantee Fund today, split into four (4) categories:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1 CREDIT INSTITUTION, member of the Athens Stock Exchange, not participating in the Investment Cover Scheme (ICS) of the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (TEKE);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">33 INVESTMENT SERVICES FIRMS (\u201c\u0391\u0395\u03a0\u0395\u03a5\u201d), members of the Athens Stock Exchange;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">21 INVESTMENT SERVICES UNDERTAKINGS (\u201c\u0395\u03a0\u0395\u03a5\u201d), non-members of the Athens Stock Exchange, and<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">11 MUTUAL FUNDS MANAGEMENT COMPANIES (\u201c\u0391\u0395\u0394\u0391\u039a\u201d), non-members of the Athens Stock Exchange, authorized by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission to provide certain investment services set out in paragraph 2, Article 12 in Law 4099\/2012 and paragraph 5, case (b) of same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The participation of Investment Services Firms is mandatory and required in each case of provision of covered investment services.
