Legislation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Guarantee Funds operates under provisions in Law 2533\/1997 (GG [FEK] 228\/11.11.1997, issue \u0391\u2019), (Article 1 and Articles 6-78), which since the initial effective date have been subject to amendments.<\/p>\n

Wishing to help website visitors, the Guarantee Fund has consolidated and codified all provisions of the main governing law into a single text. Such codification is of informal nature (not carried out under any law) therefore readers should check the accuracy of the contents of the law against the laws amending the provisions referred in section National Legislation, as posted and sorted, from recent to older.<\/p>\n
